White Label SEO Reporting Tool for Agencies

So you can focus on the fun and creative parts of your job

Remember that Friday you spent two hours on an ad-hoc client report?

That sinking feeling —your client’s email arrived at 11:54 a.m.:

“Traffic’s down … what happened?”

You cracked open GA4, filtered by secondary dimension, cross-referenced Search Console, cursed the 16-month limit, pulled Ahrefs for ‘position history,’ built a panicky slide deck, and finally hit Send… two hours and one cold burrito later.

If you bill by the hour, congrats—you got paid in indigestion. If you bill on results, that was just overhead.

Wait, that's every Friday, you say?

The Problem: Dashboards That Vomit Data and Call It Insight

Every SEO tool has lots of data, but ask a simple question—

“Which under-performing pages will cost me revenue next month?”

—and you’ll be back in spreadsheet land, reverse-engineering your own answer.

Why?

  1. Memory of a goldfish. GSC erases anything >16 months old.

  2. Conversion amnesia. Reports stop at “Position 7”—nobody maps to revenue.

  3. AI blind spots. Be honest -- do you have any idea if your clients show up in ChatGPT?

  4. Zero prioritization. A 3,000-row keyword export is not a to-do list—it’s a cry for help.

Result: Fridays become “Franken-Dashboard Day,” and client trust melts faster than a cheap popsicle in Phoenix.

The Solution: The Dashboard I Wanted as an Agency Owner

Done-for-You Keyword Research

We pull in all the relevant keywords, score them using a single proprietary metric, and organize them into clusters.

Conversion Tracking

IT'S OVER! The era of vanity traffic, I mean. No longer are we going to hire an offshire SEO team to write crappy blogs that generate zero revenue.

Actionable Analytics

The database combines Ahrefs, GSC, and GA. The dashboard tells you exactly which topics you should target with new content and how you need to optimize existing content.

The Result: That Feeling When a Client Renews... or Expands 🤓

Marketers Love Search to Sale

“The SEO teams I've worked with have only ever shown me tables of data. I have never seen someone break that down into real content recommendations.”

“Adrian is hands down the smartest person I've ever met on all things SEO.”

The Proof: Real Results for an Ecommerce Client

A DTC ecommerce brand bought our software and hired us for content planning guidance. With our data and strategic guidance, they spent July-October 2024 working on three content topics. Projects included new content, content refreshes, and conversion optimization. Here's how they did vs the previous year:

Metric Aug-Oct 2023 Aug-Oct 2024 Δ YoY
Topic A Organic Traffic 2,428 3,980 + 64 %
Topic B Organic Traffic 161 258 + 60 %
Topic C Organic Traffic 0 3

+ ∞ %

(hey, we're honest 😉)

Organic Traffic for Full Target Keyword List

+ 58 %

(vs + 11 % for keywords we didn't work on)

Adds-to-Cart from Organic Search + 120 %

DON'T MISS THAT LAST ROW! That's right, during this period, the number of adds-to-cart from organic search more than doubled. Meaning we increased traffic for our target topics, and we increased conversion twice as much.

How it Works

Each section below depicts a common agency challenge
and how one of the reports in our SEO client dashboard solves that problem.
(Using data from our own website 👀)

Client asks: "which keywords bring actual revenue, not vanity clicks?"

You say: "Let's double down on listicle pieces, because 'best seo reporting software' is paying the rent right now."

2.1 Keywords Driving Conversion
3.1 Traffic Trend by Keyword Cluster

Client asks: "how are our different topic clusters doing over time?"

You say: "AI SEO just started popping off even though we've barely targeted those terms; let's develop some intentional content about AI so we can capitalize on this momentum."

Client asks: "how do we keep valuable older content from decaying?"

You say: "We're on it. Each month we use this report to identify a few pieces that need a refresh."

3.5 Refresh These Declining Pieces
Report AI.2 Traffic from gen AI

Client asks: "what's our plan for ChatGPT -- just pray to the AI overlords?"

You say: "Check this out. These are the pages getting actual traffic from genAI chatbots. Imagine how many more people must be seeing your brand in AI answers! Gotta be 50x. We're optimizing these and publishing more like them."

Book a Demo

In this 30-minute meeting, founder Adrian Dahlin will demo our white label SEO reporting dashboard, explaining how you can quickly customize and generate reporting for any client, and level up your SEO content strategy services.

How does white labeling work?

We slap your logo on the dashboard and you do whatever you want with it. You pay us and you charge what you like.

How does user access work?

Access is given to Google profiles (because we use Looker Studio), and you can add as many viewers as you want. You don't pay per seat.

What's the cadence of data updates and reports?

Our data refreshes every day. Most of the dashboards show the last 90 days of data, though some show longer time series. An email update goes out on the first day of every month with a PDF attached.

Why white label SEO reporting is important.

So that you can own your relationship with your client and they come to completely trust you to take care of their SEO, content, and conversion needs.

What integrations do you have?

Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and HubSpot.

Can I customize my dashboard?

No. This is the solution for agencies that don't want to deal with custom dashboard solutions. We built the one that worked for our clients (SaaS, ecommerce, B2B services), and now we're offering it to you.
